Tim Smith is an 18 year Marine Corps Veteran who always puts forth the effort to stay in top physical condition.  While not sticking toward one avenue to achieve that goal, he incorporates weight training, HIIT training, circuit and participates in local 5/10k's that supports charities.  Staying physically fit is more than just a personal goal, it's also to help motivate others, his fellow/junior Marines and even for his Daughter who has been practicing Taekwondo for the past 2.5 years and is a Novice Black belt currently training for her Black belt.  Meal preparation and nutrition has also become a staple throughout the years especially within the last few years due to constant work trips.  Currently attending American Military University for a Bachelors in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in Exercise Science and previous fitness studies through Penn Foster.  Below are some of his personal accolades:
